Hmm that would mean that if I put in a exclusive that I need to instead convert the scenario to the permanent number later. Thanks for that source. I will change these.

Mark Moreland (Developer) answered "No, it is the same scenario. When we rereleased Mists of Mwangi as 0-05 instead of just scenario number 5, it operated in a similar way."
I do not know if this actually is an issue, but it might be something to put on the known issues page for people that have played the exclusives.
