It's in the Guide to Organized Play 2015 in the section about replaying scenarios. I looked it up t this weekend.

It might be a feature :-) but when i select just one level (say 7) on the selection slider and then want to change that back to 5-7 i  can only go up. I am on iPad and it is no big deal: first. Handig to 7-8 gets me the possibility to adjust the 7 to 5 and then the 8 back to 7.

I also noticed a data issue: 1-3 modules / AP's are not evergreens, they are only evergreens if they are either tier 1 or tier 1-2
