I can jump to the Ironbound Schism, no problem. Then the table is legal. So feel free to play your lvl 4, Ivo.
As for levelwise and playing up, it totally depends on the party and the class. You're usually fine playing a ranged, castery or healy type on a high tier table, if your party is conscious of your squishiness and takes steps to keep you out of danger. As for this table, it may not even end up in high tier. With the levels now, we're exactly at half tier, so with 4 players we'd go low tier without any of the 4-player adjustments. But that totally depends on what Ward brings ^^. I'll just throw my "koekblik-that-cannot-be-healed" in there and see if he survives ;)

I was still undecided on what I wanted to do on Friday. I thought about signing up for School of Spirit with my level 4, could also join the Ironbound Schism to 'bulk' out the table.. It would be with a pregen though, since I don't have a high-level character yet. How would a level 7 pregen fare in an 7-11 (high subtier, possibly)?

I hope one or two players from Six Seconds to Midnight would be willing to jump over to make a full party at that table? Really sorry about this, but it's quite out of my control :/- Leon
