Though if you're not certain you can come, is there some way to take that into account on signups? If we have tables that look healthy with 5 signups but one of more of those people are uncertain whether they're coming, and someone else from that table switches to something else..

Anx yeah for the record we have 16 tables with 10 GMs! :) We might shrink one or two if some people cannot make it, but otherwise that is really impressive if you ask me.
