Thanks for thinking along, It would be ideal if everyone could play their 'favourite' character, but there's still some issues with that solution. Even if Manon could/would switch,we'd still play with a pregen as fourth. I think it's better to reach a decision now and stick with it. Maite and Martijn have found another table, and there's also space for me to play on Friday. Seems like a workable solution, and that way everyone (players and GM's) knows what they can expect. It's a bummer that my table had to be scrapped, but it happens...
