Seems a bit weird to arbitrarily punish non-Core races when the adventure encourages playing somewhat exotic races. Though I completely agree that openly allowing things with 10+ RP is a risky move (Aasimar squad!). I'd love to play as a (modified) Vishkanya, as those aren't PFS legal. Hell, you could remove the offensive racial traits and pull it back down to 10 RP, as I'm never going to use them anyway. >_>
