I concur with Lau. I thought about it and then figured, if you know what a evergreen is you know to think of that restriction. It would over complicate matters.
I added support for APs and modules to the search page now. You will need to force refresh the client or it will show 0 scenarios available for you.
It has three options to the left: include: scenarios, modules, APs. It has them all on by default and you can mix and match.
Also extended the level range to 20, because of all those APs with the high levels.

Since we don't track at what level evergreens have been filtered, you can't filter on whether someone's available to play it at L2. And the site doesn't track characters anyway.I don't think you need to add that functionality though, I think you might overstretch on that.
