@Vince: if you sort the scenarios by number instead of  A-Z you get ordering by season.

Personally I'd prefer that as default, because it mirrors Paizo's style so I'm used to it.

I agree about the checkboxes.

@Maaite: there is some risk of data corruption though if you do that, if you schedule one scenario, players are marked as having played it, and then a different scenario is played but the marking remains. By differentiating upcoming vs. past, that's easier to catch.

On a related note: it would be awesome is a GM could easily enter his or her entire table as having played (/GMed) a scenario. Not sure how you'd go about it though. Maybe if you filter on your players and select one of the scenarios, you get an option "players have played this scenario" to add it to all the players you have selected?
