Re: [PFS NL] Re: A high level module-weekend

Whelp, I stand corrected. Thanks for the info!

Sorry Kwinten, I just could not resist the temptation (failed my will save)

The way I see it there are 3 kinds of modules:

1xp modules: The Free RPG day modules (examples are MotFF / We be Goblins / Risen from the Sands)
3xp modules: Most* (all ?) of the 32 page modules, predating Dragon's Demand (examples are Carrion Hill and Fangwood Keep). Thornkeep and Emerald Spire are also in this category, they give you 3xp per (self-contained) dungeon level.
other modules: Most* (all ?) of the 64 page modules, starting with Dragon's Demand. Each module has it's own specific xp-reward.

*: I do not know of any 32 page module that does not give 3 xp, but maybe there is one. Therefore the "most". The same reasoning goes for the "other" category. I would hate for Kwinten (or anyone else) to come up with a counterargument when I just chastised Kwinten for overgeneralizing ;-)

Curses, foiled by overgeneralisation!
Pretty much all modules that take place at a certain level are 3 XP. That better? :P Dragon's Demand is special because it takes place over multiple levels, and MotFF is apparently part of Free RPG Day and apparently is more akin to a regular PFS scenario than an actual module.

Sure...

Dragon's Demand: 12 xp
Master of the fallen fortress: 1 xp

but most modules are 3 xp.

Modules are always 3 XP.

Out of curiosity, is this a 1 XP module or a bigger one?
