Yes, but you would then still need to make PFS legal characters. Maybe they want to play with a full party of Ratfolk ;)

If they play their Homegame by the rules, they only need a single volunteer to enter sessions and get the credit though! There's really not that much bookkeeping anyway. (I think Society wealth management is way easier than "Homegame" wealth management and XP is as simple as can be.)
