Hey all,
I think most of us will have heard that we won't be able to play at the Leidsekade during the summer holiday. I was thinking I'd want to run something longer, maybe something like Fangwood Keep or Feast of Ravenmoor (hopefully the latter) in the intervening time. I've taken a quick glance at Feast of Ravenmoor (level range 2-4, but advised to be at least level 3), and reviews are pretty positive about it. Seems to have a good mix of roleplay, investigation, and fights. It's pretty high on the roleplay in the first half though, so fair warning that combats won't really start until a few hours in.Reviews say it should last around 10-12 hours, so my plan is to see who sign up, plan a few sessions (maybe all in one week, maybe a bit more spread out), and get rollin'. I've put a random date on Warhorn for people to sign up. I'll give it a week or two and then contact everyone who signed up after that. The date is no indication of when I want to start, but I had to pick something.
Also, my place isn't really suited to host, so preferably I'd play somewhere else in Utrecht (or elsewhere, if someone is willing to pick me up >_>).
Also, as an indication of theme: Feast of Ravenmoor isn't exactly horror, but it can get creepy (meaning, no gore or tentacles, but it can get under your skin). For a movie analogue/recommendation before playing, I'd recommend this movie (possible spoiler, so put it behind a link for people who don't want to be spoiled).
