Therry, the data (Warhorn) does not support your claims that numbers dwindled and dwindled. There was a slight reduction in average attendance looking at all possible gamenights and not only at the onces where at least one table was played.
Last 3 months at DGG:
November: 27 players on 3 Thursdays out of 4: average:9 / 6.75
December: 24 players on 2 Thursdays out of 3: average 12 / 8
January: 46 players on 4 Thursdays out of 4: average 11.5 / 11.5
Total: 97 players on 9 Thursdays out of 11: average 10.8 / 8.8
Average is Average per night where there was at least one table / Average per Thursday, excl Holidays
In February we had 30 players on 4 Wednesdays out of 4: average 7.5 / 7.5
So we indeed lost some attendance at Kopi Susi compared to the last 3 months at DGG and a lot compared to just January, If I look at Warhorn. I don't think January was a representative month.
Taking a conservative average attendance of 8 players that means we are looking at € 5,-- per player per gamenight for the awesame location that Leidsekade is.
Ok, having that out of my system: I agree that other systems should also be having their tables at Leidsekade, however that is mostly out of our influence area since we are the PFS player group. We can (and should) welcome everyone that plays any other system, but that is about what we as a group can do. As a matter of fact we might want to restrict ourselves to just 2 tables so that Subcultures can host an (or two) alternative tables for another system. Off course that is something that would need to be discussed with the Sub.
