Compared to the first time, this time was much, much better. I had fewer issues hearing people, the temperature was nice and I really have nothing to complain about.
As for how to contact them: you can send them an email on mondays before 16:00 simply stating that you'll be eating there on Wednesday. You can't however say what exactly you want to eat since, and I quote, "dat is voor Kopi Susu nl. vaak niet haalbaar in de praktijk". That said, I highly recommend the wrap with salmon.
