Well,
The Dutch GMs should adhere to the actual Pathfinder rules. Most (and probably all) questions that you have asked have been asked and answered on the Paizo forum.
And if a rule is unclear and you think you might come into a grey area, please keep it out of society play and save it for a homegroup or a Campaign Mode Adventure Path where you only have one GM and you can figure a working ruling out together.
My personal tip: If a rule is ambiguous, use the most restricitve interpretation for your own characters, but don't be surprised if a GM or author uses the least restrictive explanation (as authors are often wrong). That way, you'll prevent endless discussions at the table.
