Another question. The additional resources document says that to take a racial feat or spell, you need to be that race - however, it specifically says that you can take a racial item even if you're not that race, and it doesn't say anything about spells normally associated with a specific deity. So it strikes me that this means that you can buy a magic item (scroll/potion/wand) of a spell that's associated by a specific deity, even if you worship somebody else. Especially if it is an arcane spell. Is this correct or is there some FAQ or ruling prohibiting it?
