The important bits:

Rogue, Barbarian, Monk can exist as both Unchained version or the Core Rulebook version, but you can't mix and match. These three classes get one free retrain to immediately move into the Unchained version. Advanced Player's Guide Summoners are no longer legal and from now on only exist as their Unchained counterpart. Summoners at level 2 may keep their build as-is, as they're grandfathered in. Furthermore, you can sell back any items at full price that are invalidated by their new class abilities, such as a Rogue with an Agile enchantment weapon, as they get Dex to damage from the get-go.

Any combat options, variant multiclassing, skill packages and such are not PFS legal. For more info, check the link.
