Lau mentioned the same thing. I put it on the roadmap.

I put in search by author and I put in a known issues page (which ironically enough isn't properly working at time of writing).

Behind the scenes I am working on implementing modules and adventure paths!

Maybe if you select a set of players, it'll show on each scenario (that's not filtered away) to what degree all the selected players have played it?

It might also be handy if we could denote which of the selected players is going to GM?

It does indeed not exclude GMed scenarios. I shall add that suggestion to the list of things. I can totally put that in. Maybe even go so far as to say 'while this PC has not played it in PFS, he HAS played it in CORE'.

It doesn't seem to exclude scenario's I've GMed from the search results though. That makes sense of course considering that you can still play what you've GMed and it works well if you only search on your "players" and not the GM, but it would be nice if it showed if any of your players have GMed a scenario, because you don't want to pick a scenario like that unless you have no other options. Provided that's not too difficult to create of course 0:)
